By accessing and using Code Stellars' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Code Stellars provides software development, design, and consulting services. The specific details of services will be outlined in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• All intellectual property created for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment
• Code Stellars retains the right to showcase work in portfolios with client permission
• Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner
• Open source components are subject to their respective licenses

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements and may include:

• Initial deposits before project commencement
• Milestone-based payments
• Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise specified
• Late payment fees as specified in contracts

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and technical specifications.

6. Warranties and Liability

Code Stellars provides services "as is" and makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and each party must return the other's confidential information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if necessary, through arbitration in Bangalore, India.
